GoMeddo is a Saas company recognized in its market as a leading provider of scheduling solutions, built natively in Salesforce. To support our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving the adoption of our software solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our sales, support, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an individual who can bring structure to the role and can think in alignment with the CSM strategy, further enhancing our ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and your technical peers in the CSM team to understand customers’ unique requirements and customise the implementation accordingly.

  • Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure a successful go-live with GoMeddo.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Provide training sessions to clients on the features and functionalities of our app.

  • Create and deliver resources for users, fostering independence in software utilisation.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Work closely with the support team to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful renewals of customer contracts.

  • Identify and cultivate customer advocates who are willing to share success stories and testimonials.

  • Gather feedback to communicate to the product team for continuous improvement.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.

  • Strong understanding of software sales and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve customer success.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • A good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ideally experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
